Important information, general terms and conditions
- The rates are indicated in EUR per person, per day with breakfast included.
- € 10,00 charge for one night stays
- Smoking inside the rooms or in the common areas is not allowed, nor is it permitted to throw cigarette butts from the windows or balconies.
The prices include
- Daily cleaning.
- Private parking.
- Use of the Wi-Fi connection.
- Use of the panoramic sunny terrace.
- Use of the ski room with boot dryer during the winter season.
- Bike storage during the summer season.
- Laundry
Local taxes
- The local tourist tax of € 3,00 per person, per day, for guests over 14 years of age, will be added to the indicated prices. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated in the invoice.
Price reductions for children
- The following reductions, not combinable with other promotions, are applied for children staying with two adults in the same room paying the full price:
- 0 - 6 years of age: -50%
Check-in and check-out
- The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Reservation guarantee
- The reservation is considered binding after the agreed deposit has been paid and we have given written confirmation.
- The deposit must be sent within three days of the booking being accepted by bank transfer:

Methods of payment
The accommodation bill is to be paid in one of the following ways:
- In cash, for a total amount of less than € 3.000,00. Higher amounts or its difference, must be paid by cheque or early bank transfer (excluding guests from non-European countries, such as Russia and Switzerland, for which the payment by cash of higher amounts is permitted).
- By bank transfer (in this case the total amount must be paid before your arrival).
- By cheque (in this case we ask you to hand over the cheque by the day after arrival at the latest).
- By credit card (excluding Diners and American Express).
Cancellation policy
(compliant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the Consumer Code):
Unforeseen circumstances may happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.
For all other cases:
- More than 30 days before arrival: loss of deposit.
- Between 30 and 10 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount is charged.
- Less than 10 days before arrival, late arrivals, fewer guests, early departures or no-show: 80% of the total amount is charged.
We recommend that you take out an insurance policy to cover risks of cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival of your trip.
